Jennifer L. Kaczmarczyk came to Washington College in 1988 as the first Kent County High School intern to work for the Dining Services. Over the next 14 years, she worked her way up through many positions, planning meals and coordinating vendors and staff as Associate Catering Manager where she specialized in presidential functions for President John S. Toll.

Jennifer left the College in 2002 to work as a co-manager at Super Fresh/Fresh & Green’s, and to devote more time to her “side business” as a personal assistant, allowing elderly clients to age in place. She returned to the College in 2014, first as a housekeeper then as a Faculty Administrative Assistant before transitioning to the Department of Advancement as the Executive Assistant to Susie Chase, Vice President of Advancement, Alumni Affairs and Constituent Engagement and now currently holds the position of Director of Events.

Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband Roland and their growing family. Their oldest son Brandon graduated from the Wor-Wic Community College Eastern Shore Criminal Justice Academy and works in law enforcement. Younger son Joseph graduated from Florida Institute of Technology with a major in Civil Engineering along with a minor in Business Management and currently works for petroleum distribution company. Jennifer and Roland have two grandsons Brandon, Jr and Jameson.
