Payment Options
Online Payments
Online payments can be made with e-Check from a checking or savings account with your bank routing number and personal account information. There is no additional fee for this service.
Online payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card or American Express Card will incur a convenience fee to the transaction.
Pay in Person
Payments are accepted in cash, check, or money order. A $25.00 fee as well as the original check amount is assessed to the student’s account if any check is returned from the bank. Bring in-person payments to the Student Accounts office on the 1st floor of Casey Academic Center, Suite W102.
Monthly Payment Plan
Washington College is pleased to offer the tuition payment plan administered by ACI/Official Payments. Enrolling in a tuition payment plan is easy.
Plans offered for Fall there is a 5-month installment plan with payments beginning July 20th or a-4 month installment plan with payments beginning August 20th. There is a one-time enrollment fee of $55 for the plan.
Plans offered for Spring there is a 5-month installment plan with payments beginning December 20th or a 4-month installment plan with payments beginning January 20th. There is a one-time enrollment fee of $55 for the plan.

By Mail
- ALL bank or personal checks and money orders MUST be made payable to: Washington College; and
- ALL payments must include in the Memo section of a check (or in some way included with the payment, e.g., a copy of your bill) either your Student ID or full name (First and Last) as listed on your student account.
